DAY ONE - ADULTS ONLY (one adult guest per classmate allowed)
WHEN: Saturday, August 6th, 2011 from 6:30-11:59pm
WHERE: Oxford Hotel in downtown Bend
DETAILS: Includes 2 alcoholic beverages and buffet-style appetizers (additional beverages can be purchased at cash bar).
COST: $30 per person if purchased before July 15th. $38 per person after July 15th or at the door.
DAY TWO - FAMILIES (individuals and pets also welcome!)
WHEN: Sunday, August 7th, 2011 from 11am-2pm
WHERE: Pilot Butte State Park (at the base of Pilot Butte)
DETAILS: Bring your own picnic lunch
